LA REUNIÓN DE SERVICIO SE PUDO REALIZAR LOS DÍAS 6,7 Y 8 DE JUNIO DE 1997, DENTRO DEL MARCO DE LA TERCERA CONVENCIÓN NACIONAL DE AA. LLAMÁNDOSE "LA PRIMERA REUNIÓN INTERNACIONAL DE SERVICIOS MUNDIALES", A LA CUAL FUERON INVITADOS MÁS DE 50 PAÍSES, SIENDO MÉXICO EL ANFITRIÓN.

EN DICHA REUNIÓN SURGE LO QUE AHORA CONOCEMOS COMO LA "DECLARACIÓN DE MÉXICO", QUE DICE:

"CUALQUIER SECCIÓN O CUALQUIER GRUPO DE ALCOHÓLICOS ANÓNIMOS PUEDE UNÍRSENOS. SOMOS RESPONSABLES SÓLO ANTE UN DIOS DE AMOR, TAL Y COMO SE EXPRESE EN NUESTRA CONCIENCIA DE GRUPO".

FORMALMENTE, ESTE COMITÉ INICIA SU SERVICIO EN LA XIV CONFERENCIA DE ALCOHÓLICOS ANÓNIMOS SECCIÓN MÉXICO, EN EL AÑO 1998, Y CON EL ÚNICO OBJETIVO DE:

A) ESTABLECER Y MANTENER COMUNICACIÓN CON TODAS LAS ESTRUCTURAS DE SERVICIO DEL MUNDO. 

B) PARTICIPAR EN EL CRECIMIENTO DE AA A NIVEL MUNDIAL 

C) COMPARTIR NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA DE LO QUE ES REGRESO A LO FUNDAMENTAL. 

D) DAR CUMPLIMIENTO A LAS ACCIONES RECOMENDABLES QUE EMANEN DE LA CONFERENCIA QUE COMPETAN A ESTE COMITÉ.

SIN PERDER DE VISTA EL OBJETIVO DE ALCOHÓLICOS ANÓNIMOS QUE ES EL DE TRANSMITIR EL MENSAJE A AQUÉL QUE ESTÁ SUFRIENDO POR EL ALCOHOLISMO A NIVEL MUNDIAL.

ESTE COMITÉ ES UNA PARTE DE LA ESTRUCTURA DE AA SECCIÓN MÉXICO, ES UN COMITÉ DE LA CONFERENCIA.

CON EL PASO DEL TIEMPO, SE HA IDO AMPLIANDO EL OBJETIVO DE ESTE COMITÉ; POR LO CUAL AHORA BUSCA Y MANTIENE COMUNICACIÓN TAMBIÉN, CON OFICINAS INTERGRUPALES, ÁREAS, DISTRITOS, GRUPOS Y MIEMBROS SOLITARIOS EN TODO EL MUNDO PARA COMPARTIR EXPERIENCIAS DE SERVICIO Y DIFUNDIENDO ADEMÁS LOS TRABAJOS DE LA CONFERENCIA, QUE AÑO CON AÑO SE LLEVA A CABO.

¿QUIENES SOMOS?

Alcohólicos Anónimos Sección México nació el 24 de agosto de 1986, cuando un gran número de compañeros se reunieron en el cine MAYA de la capital de la República Mexicana acordando adoptar la Estructura de Servicios como en los inicios de Alcohólicos Anónimos, con los 36 PRINCIPIOS FUNDAMENTALES y originales de la Agrupación.

12 CONCEPTOS PARA EL SERVICIO MUNDIAL

Fueron ocho Áreas con aproximadamente 3,000 compañeros los que acordaron por unanimidad el "REGRESO A LO FUNDAMENTAL". el regreso a nuestros Principios Básicos que nos legaron nuestros Cofundadores.

hoy en día, somos aproximadamente 30,000 Miembros en, más o menos 2,265 Grupos que conforman 24 Áreas y cada vez se adhieren más Grupos, Distritos y Áreas a nuestra Estructura de Servicio.

Estamos estructurados de acuerdo al PLAN DE LA CONFERENCIA que nos legaron Bill W. y el Dr. Bob, nos guiamos por los 36 Principios Básicos de AA.

La Junta de Custodios está integrada por 5 Custodios Clase "A", uno de ellos es el Presidente de la Junta, 4 Custodios Regionales y 6 Custodios Clase "B" de Servicio.

La Junta de Custodios está debidamente registrada ante las Leyes del país, a su vez la Junta de Custodios posee y administra dos empresas subsidiarias: "CORPORACIÓN DE SERVICIOS TRADICIONALES" y "LA REVISTA DIMENSIÓN AA".

También debidamente registradas como empresas no lucrativas, las dos corporaciones emplean a cuatro personas a sueldo, quienes junto con 120 personas voluntarias AA le dan servicio a los 2,265 Grupos.

Es de hacer notar que nuestra Estructura de Servicio se sostiene con las aportaciones voluntarias de Miembros y Grupos, pues no contamos con otras fuentes de ingreso.

Hemos realizado 18 Conferencias anuales, 4 Convenciones Nacionales, diversos Foros Regionales, Congresos Regionales y de Área. Dentro de nuestra Tercera Convención Nacional realizamos la Primera Reunión Internacional de Servicios Mundiales de AA en México, esto nos da una idea de lo que hemos crecido hoy en día.

WHO are we? 

Alcoholics Anonymous Sección México was born at August 24 1986 when a great number of partners met in MAYA cinema in the Capital of the Mexican Republic agreeing to adopt the Structure of Services, like in the beginnings of Anonymous alcoholics with their 36 fundamental and original principles of the grouping.

They were 8 Áreas with approximately 3,000 Partners those that agreed the unanimously "RETURN TO THE FUNDAMENTAL" thing the return to our basic principles that our Cofounders bequeathed us.

Today we are approximately 30,000 Members in more or less 2,265 groups that conform 24 Áreas and every time adhere to more Groups, Districts and Áreas to our structure of service.

We are structured according to the PLAN OF THE CONFERENCE that Bill W. and the Dr. Bob bequeathed us, we guide ourselves for the 36 Basic Principles of AA.

The Meeting of Custodians this integrated by 4 Trustees Class "A", one of them is the Chairman of the Meeting, 4 Regional Trustees and 6 Trustees type "B" of Service.

The Meeting of Trustees this properly registered before the Laws of the country, in turn the Meeting of Trustees possesses and he/she administers 2 subsidiary companies that are The Corporation of Traditional Services and the Revista Dimensión AA.

Also properly registered as non lucrative companies, the two companies use 4 people to salary that together with 120 people AAs. voluntary they give services to the 2,265 Groups.

It is of making notice that our Structure of Service is sustained with the voluntary contributions of members and groups, because we don't have other sources of revenues.

We have carried out 18 Annual Conferences, 4 Conventions National, diverse Regional Forums, Regional Congress and of Area. Inside our Third National Convention we carry out the First International Meeting of World Services of AA in México, this gives us a .idea of what we have grown today.
